Saints Row: The Third game hangs and does not start

Recently I have downloaded the Saints Row: The Third game from steam and I have installed the Saints Row: The Third game in my computer. Now after installing the Saints Row: The Third game in my computer when I start the game at first time game started properly and after that it hangs and then when I try to launch the game again at that time it doesn’t start.
