Can the size of the dockbar be reduced in Huawei Ideos X6?

I buy this mobile phone in last week and now I have few problems regarding this mobile phone. This is not the major issue but whatever experience I faced onto this mobile phone that has not similar with other mobile phone. Such issues are as follows:

• Size of the dockbar be reduced
• Slower internet browsing onto it, especially YouTube type of sites.
• Video resolution 720 pixels or 480 pixels which is not running correctly.
• Can anybody already find out such type of experience onto this mobile phone?
