Is windows 8 developer preview fully unlocked?

Hi, when I was searching about the windows 8, I came to know about various feature presented in the newer operating system, such as

• Faster resume from hibernation,
  
  
• Application package,
  
  
• Always On Always Connected,
  
  
• Windows update maintenance scheduler integration,
  
  
• Windows logo kit,
  
  
• Reliable rollback,
  
  
• PCI for efficiency / PCI 3.0 for performance,
  
  
• Richedit,
  
  
• Certification status,
  
  
• My Apps,
  
  
• Developer portal,
  
  
• Task manager – users view etc.

So are they all feature unlocked in this developer preview version?

though you have mentioned some of the names of the feature in this newer version of their windows but still I would say this is not enough as there are somewhat 300 features which is been kept hidden from the users yet, and I think will be available after the final release only, anyways if you want to have a Look then you can download the file I have posted below. It contains the entire feature which is expected with this newer version.

off course it is next to common sense, because see this is just the developers preview version so how you are expecting all the feature right now? They must be come along with the final version, thus till that I can say that it would be locked for sure.

But anyways as it seems you must be looking for any specific feature isn’t it? And if so you can mentioned it so that we can see whether it is been available in this beta version or not. It is not like that as they haven’t included any feature in beta version, in fact this version is intended in order to get some idea from the users only, have you remembered the windows 7 beta? It is similar to that only. All other feature will be included after the users evaluation.

Hey thanks for the attachment dude, really it would a miracle after having this operating system because I have seen the list and they are about to bring very good feature with this OS, I am very eager to have it. But any idea when the final version is going to be released? And yeah you were right as actually I was expecting “BluePoison” feature in this WDP version. But don’t know whether it is available or not.

If you really want to check it then why don’t you install this version? It would be rather good option, but as far as I know BluePoison is a useless program since the beginning as it just create an Applications folder on the desktop and nothing more than that. :(
