I have Netgear WNCE2001 last time I was trying to set my Netgear WNCE2001 with the Netgear wg602v2 Wireless Access Point Manual but however I was not able to that, so I have try several thing but not successes to do that, So If you guys have any of the information about this issue or have any of the idea for connecting Netgear WNCE2001 with Netgear wg602v2 then please do the reply, your ideas will be appreciated
First of all you have to make the connection by making the setup between the WNCE2001 with a wg602v2, after that you have to go for the selecting the AP after that you have to give the WPA-PSK passphrase as you have done this you will see the progress bar that have shown the status of the connection and this work with the WEP and without encryption works.
I would recommend you to make the use of the WPA since it provides the better protection to the Wi-FI technology.
So you have to do this for the use since if you are trying the WEP then there are the possibilities that it fails. So you have to do these changes and even if your issue is not clear then you have to contact to the customer service or you can send the mail to their official site about your issue, there might be the correct information about this issue.
Or you can use the advance version of WPA to WPA2, so try this process for the connecting with the WPA2.
There might be the defect in the Firmware for the Netgear WNCE2001 so check for the Firmware and if you find any of the defect there then you have to update this Firmware and after that you can try to get the connection for your Netgear WNCE2001 with the Netgear wg602v2.
I think the connection for the socket and the cable between these two devices you want to connect, so all that I can say that you have to verify the connection cable and other related thing which are necessary to make the use for the Connection between Netgear WNCE2001 and Netgear wg602v2. Also check for the condition of the Box and the cable properly may any of the cable will have malfunction, so if thing have happen there then you have to replace that cable with the new one.
The WPA can be used for this purpose for the connection between the Netgear WNCE2001 and Netgear wg602v2, the default is that only the things require is the complete connection between these two devices from start to the end.
