Boot Configuration Data (BCD) files offer a store that is helpful to explain boot applications and boot application settings. This will be work to provide making and change new stores, inserting boot menu options, and many more. It is risky, but the only solution that I know of is to replace the Windows 7 Boot loader with the Windows 8 one. You can do this task by following below process:
  • First start command prompt as admin and try to Navigate to C:\Windows\System32
  • In the next step is Mount Windows 8 .iso file with suitable .iso mounting tool.
  • Go into bcdboot.exe V:\Windows.
This process helps to update the BIOS to utilize the Windows 8 boot loader. This is the process that works to set proper booting process onto your system and in response it will be solve your booting or loading problem.

Probably a it is VERY bad idea to install the windows Development preview with existing windows 7. In that case, sometimes there is collision appears onto this booting process. For your information this windows 8 development previews is not completely finished OS and hence there is not any fix strategy that say that this will be work on dual boot system.
