Problem to install Windows Live ID sign-in Assistant
Hey guys. I need your help please. I can't install the software as mentioned and now I'm confused of what to do next. The error message as follows:
"Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant Setup Wizard ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run Setup Wizard again."
IDK what's the problem. My OS is w7 64bit. 4G ddr2 RAM.
Please give me some clues :notworthy

Just remove all the application that is related to Windows Live with the help of cleanup tool. and see if you get that installed.
Re: Problem to install Windows Live ID sign-in Assistant
I am too dealing with the same kind of problem. I am not able to get Windows Live ID sign-in Assistant on my system. I had tried a few steps to fix the issue and I am going to mention the same here. I hope there would be a appropriate solution for the same. First I had removed all live related applications from the system. I thought there can be any existing app which is causing the issue. Second I had installed wllogin_64. This was mentioned in a KB article. Last thing I did is ran system restore. Which had removed my recently installed programs. But still this does not work.
Re: Problem to install Windows Live ID sign-in Assistant
There is no need to run system restore or remove existing Live ID components. You have to just check whether Windows Update System components is enabled or not. If it is disabled then you won't be able to install Live ID. For that you have go to in Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. In that look for Windows Update & Windows Update Service. Right click on the same and click on Start. Just see whether is turned on or not. Once done then go ahead with Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant installation. See whether it is working know or not.
