How can I get the activation key for A game of Thrones: Genesis

I should be playing a game right now. I paid the 39.99, (American Money-still considered ok in 18% of countries worldwide) I downloaded the game, I'm not completely stupid, I have an opposable thumb, I can figure most stuff out. What I cannot figure out is why there is no activation code to play the game that I purchased. This is exactly the opposite of a good way to debut what looks like a great game. In previous posts I read the feeble excuse of "The digital version of the game available on A Game of Thrones - Genesis official web site is published by Metaboli GamesPlanet online shop

I purchased the game last week---- And still can't play the game!!! An email stating i didn't clear the verification process was all I got for the 39.99 i paid. SERIOUSLY????? I agree, great way to debut a game...I'm sure it'll get WILDLy popular.
