I tried many solutions and now I reach steadiness with following parameters:
- PLL 1.88
- QPI/VTT 1.10
- VCore 1.24
- LLC 8
- Internal PLL Overvolt Enable
Linux runs fine without errors and temperatures are diminish to 65,70,67,71.I still have trouble with Prime95.when I sprint it my multiplier are distorted when CPU is in full load. Besides I have several trouble with Intel Extreme Tuning utility, it couldn't distinguish CPU temp of my board. I imagine that Z68 chipset is not supported well by all diagnostic software’s.

Obviously make sure that you have downloaded all the most recent versions of the programs that you are using for reporting. Also if one program sounds suspiciously out check it with another.
