Re: How to uninstall “Microsoft office 2004 for Mac” in Mac OS X Lion 10.7
It’s very complicated to use the Remove Office tool for Office 2004 in Lion so you have to do it manually get rid of Office 2004 drag the folder from the Applications folder into the Trash and if you see Microsoft Auto Update application folder then remove it too after that look in your home folder, somewhere you will see " ~ " denotes your home folder, for the fonts it installed just delete those also like
Previous preference files are not significance to remove since they use very little space and can be confused with your Office 2011 preference files

Re: How to uninstall “Microsoft office 2004 for Mac” in Mac OS X Lion 10.7
Thanks for the response although as I ask in my original query that I am having OS 10.7. and it won’t let me run the application you suggested to. The difficulty is that OS 10.7 is not supporting the language that the Office 2004 works on .the application is blocked from running. So Again, thanks for the help!

These information can also apply to Office 2008 with the office 2004 . though Office 2008 installs fonts in the root Library/Fonts and on contrary Office 2004 installed fonts in your User's Library/Fonts. When you upgrade it moves these fonts to ~Library/Fonts disable folder. You can safely delete these.

MS Office 2004 doesn't support to Lion so you have to remove it by manual process, just drag all the component from application folder and put it into trash.
No need of third party tool.
