NEW F4 Bios for GIGABYTE GV-N560SO-1GI GeForce GTX 560 Ti

I heard that Gigabyte has announced a NEW F4 Bios intended for GIGABYTE GV-N560SO-1GI GeForce GTX 560 Ti. Does anyone know about it? Are there any noteworthy changes in performance and speed? Does this BIOS update recommended?

Colorful iGame has announced the GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card with an additional radiator in shark form. The shape of the radiator increases the surface area for heat dissipation.
