How can I create second global admin on office 365?

I found some other posts to this question in this forum but as none of them answered my question I will post it here again. Our Director General Office 365 account has been created and it is the global administrator. But he does not do things IT. Creating another account to the permissions of this account manager does not make a global administrator. That has limited permissions. Most of the other posts were responses such as changing the role of the new account. But there is no option to set a role. The only option is admin or not admin. I guess this is a limit to the number of small business?

One of the problems we have cannot be done simply using the Administrator account is renamed global user global management of our individual domain. The administrator cannot modify your individual name and does not account used for others (including "admin") have permission. Is there whichever technique is able to be a global administrator within the second set within the minute business solution office365?

Are you using a subscription business? If so, you may not be by chance given the user Administrator permissions. Whichever user administrator rights on top of a subscription toward the tiny business are automatically accustomed to the authorization level of "global manager." In an Enterprise subscription, you will have the option of setting to the administrators of different levels of administrator permissions. Some will not be able to manage domains, while others simply changing passwords, etc.

I gave the administrator permissions for that user. He has a permit, as well as user administration, but not all administrator permissions first. I can provide a screenshot of adminpanel. You are able to perceive there that there are management options, however the option of administering the domain is not found. In the direction of me it seemed that the user is not a global administrator. And yes, I am with the Small Business subscription.

In this situation, it appear that the user's account possibly will have been damaged throughout the building somehow. Try deleting the account and recreate and receive all administrator permissions. Arne, TT79, I wish you both the creation of a new service request to address this problem. It seems that their accounts are not created properly and that new managers can help correct that. If you are currently in a joint subscription, please use the contact support page to call for support and Microsoft Beta Office365 engineer will help you with your problem.

I just got call from customer service and they said no role in describing the small business. The only global manager is the one created at the beginning and there was no way to global administration rights to another user. This is a bit disappointing. Our solution is that we have created a fresh user through the similar name as the global administrator, however our vanity domain. The additional account is used simply for administration. This is superior for currently; it's only a beta version.
