Re: How to calculate X Zoom for cannon DRebel
I don‘t have much idea about that but, I have my own conversation the understand I contain a 300mm lens with a DRebel. I increase the number from 380*2.6=480 which gives me the equivalent by resources of a 35mm camera. And subsequently I separate 580/35=13.7.so this 300. SO I think the 300mm lens would be on the somewhere around 13.7 which would zoom the is known here. This help me out and this is very helpfull when there is no the thing to use .
Re: How to calculate X Zoom for cannon DRebel
The Z numeral has not anything to do by means of the unconditional focal length or measure up to to the 35mm one. It measures the zoom relative amount. To estimate it you be obliged to separate the principal focal measurement lengthwise by the negligible one. So the 18-55mm lens is a 3x one, and the 100-300mm is also a 3x one, regardless of the range of focal length enclosed is very dissimilar. So a 300mm lens in point of fact has no X number, for the reason that it is not zoom. Or in point of fact it's a 1X lens.
Re: How to calculate X Zoom for cannon DRebel
It very simple here as I have said, the majority dig cams establish at 28 or 35mm correspondence, consequently a 10x can be a 280 or 350 at the major focal length. The DRebel at 18mm has a 29mm correspondence to a similar to the wide-angle end of dig cams, so the 55-200 resolve provide you a 11x zooming including the focal lengths enclosed by the kit lens, or 16x with the 75-300 or 22x by means of the 100-400, with a number of gap flanked by 55 and 75 or 100 in individuals belongings,
