I am having Dell Vostro 1014. I have noticed that Bluetooth of Dell Vostro 1014 is not working. I have windows 7 operating system in my Laptop. I cannot send or receive data since it is not working. Please let me know the reason behind it and help me to solve this problem so that I can use it to transfer my files to my Laptop. I am waiting for you reply.
There is no problem with the O.S as Vistro 1014 Bluetooth Drivers are compatible With Windows7. First go to Device Manager .There are many ways to go to Device Manager .Select Device Manager from control panel after that go to Bluetooth drivers right click and select update. Your drivers will be automatically updated and it will start working properly. Now you can transfer and receive data. There is no need of repeating this step whenever you start your Bluetooth.
I don’t think there is an issue regarding the O.S. as Vostro 1014 Bluetooth is compatible with Windows7 O.S. You have to first download the drivers from official websites and then install it in. Download all the drivers. After installation restart your Laptop. After completing this steps your drivers of Vostro 1014 Bluetooth will be installed and Bluetooth will start working properly. Now you can easily send or receive data using the Vostro 1014 Bluetooth.
If your problem is not solved then uninstall the Vostro 1014 Bluetooth drivers and download Latest drives of Vostro 1014 Bluetooth from official website then install it in your Laptop. While downloading see to it that you download all the drivers. There is no problem with the Windows7 O.S. After installation restart your laptop. Then your Bluetooth drivers will start working properly and you will be able to send or receive data from your Laptop.
