Sony Notebook restarts after booting up
 

Hello friends I am using Sony Notebook and I was using windows vista operating system in my laptop and after that I have upgraded my operating system in my laptop and I installed the windows 7 in my laptop. After installing that when I start the laptop at that time it boots up normally but after that it restart again and gives me a option to start the windows in safe mode. When I start in safe mode after that my system gives me the same problem. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this is issue.

I have gone through your issue and I think you have to try to solve this problem by trying this steps. First insert the windows 7 installation disc in your laptop and after that restart the laptop and after that you will get two options like install the fresh copy and repair the windows. Now select the repair option and after that it will repair your windows. Now after repairing of your widows will complete it will restart the laptop again and then your laptop will start working normally.

I was also facing the similar kind of problem and I have tried to search the solution for that same but after that also I didn?t get any solution. After that I also connect my laptop hard drive with other computer and I formatted it completely. After that when I installed the windows 7 again in my laptop and after that I am not facing any issues with my laptop. I think you should also try to solve this problem by this trick and after that you will not get issues.

As you have suggested in your post I have tried to solve the problem by trying your mentioned solution. First I tried to solve it by repairing windows but after doing that also I was still facing the same problem. After that I have also installed the windows 7 again in my laptop but that idea didn?t worked for me. I don?t want to format my whole drive. Now please tell me what I should do to fix this. If you have any solution then please tell me that, so I can solve this problem.

If you have tried to solve the problem by uninstalling the operating system and installing it again and after that also your laptop is not booting up then I think there is something wrong with your laptop internal part and its needed to be repaired as soon as possible. If your laptop is not out of warranty then I think you should visit the service enter and after that you will get the proper solution there. I hope after that your laptop will start working perfectly.
