Unable to play mp4 movie on Zune Software

I have a Zune HD renovated. I've had it for a year. I did not know about the software update from time to time. So has been very late and I have made no updates. It not starts with the timing of these two songs that I downloaded. It gives me error C00D124D. Now I am not able to update mien zune and when I try to do it gives me the error code. After that I have removed the connection of zune from the system and when I try to connect again but I am not able to connect it. I have tried lots of way to do it but I didn’t have the any solution. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mine issue.
