Office 2003 Setup Cannnot Continue?
Hello all please for give I have searched and searched before posting. I did every
thing instructed in ms link below. latest parser was MSXML6...it didnt work I even
found the old msxml 3 as noted in the article.
The office file is being installed from a network drive folder we call install...I
have installed all the other programs for the machine required to install for a new
user getting a computer and they do fine just the ms office gives me this. So that
tells me I dont have to join the computer to the domain to get this accoplished...I do
a fresh install of winxp pro sp3 format whole drive. still doesnt work. IS THE MS
OFFICE FILE CORRUPT? I can find the disk to use. PLEASE HELP WITH A RESOLUTION

Is there a trial version of Office 2003 or 2007 currently installed on the third computer? If yes, then uninstall the trial version before you install your purchased version. Have you verified properly whether the office files are not corrupted or could you get a working version of the office 2003 setup and then try to install it? Thanks for your reply, Its fixed evidently you can install most programs adobe, firefox, etcc...from a network drive without being added to the domain..not with microsoft office , i added it to the domain and it worked fine....
