Re: Can’t click and drag window in Internet Explorer 9
On the whole, there are User Group Policies that are not being handled correctly by IE9 which would give details why it works in several accounts as well as not others. I take out the entire of the present user policies for IE as well as relaunched the browser as well as the whole thing is well. Reupdate the policies as well as the issue returns.
Particularly it seems like it is the policy to shift the toolbar above the navigation bar
(HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser\ITBar7Position).
Update: For those not operating IE9 in a domain this is another position for this setting:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\WebBrowser\ITBar7Position

• Then you have to provide msconfig into the search field
• Hit Enter on your keyboard
