Nowadays I established my licensed copy of Microsoft Windows7 Professional. When I required installing Windows exist fundamentals I got the error that Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime might not be inaugurate, so no program was installed. Then I got the error message of 0x80070003. I think that it is an runtime error because before installing this software I had never come across this error. I searched for assistance but could not discover any that assist me. I think that you must install the latest version of the messenger inside in your computer. Suppose if you don’t have the driver cd for the updated version which is not compatible with the windows 7. Then you must go and try to find out the update version of the MSN through the internet. Which should be compatible with the windows 7 operating system. Since the version which you have download may be compatible with the windows vista and not the windows 7.
