The ICFAI offers CFA programme for graduates in any discipline with first class. Postgraduates, working executives and CA, CWA, CS, MBA, and CAIIB professionals are also eligible to apply. Students appearing the final year examination are also eligible. The admission is on the basis of an entrance test. The CFA course is a 2 year fulltime / part time program. The fees of the course will come around Rs. 45000/-.

Introduction:

It is designed for people looking for career opportunities in the investment industry. The CFA course enjoys wide recognition all over the country.
Duration and Exam:
It is a three year postgraduate programme, studied through correspondence.And on completion of the course one can become a member of the ICFAI. The admission to this course is based on an entrance exam. This examination basically tests a candidate's aptitude for the course. The course content are specified according to financial analysis. So it is essential that a person opting for this course has a natural aptitude.
Examinations are conducted four times a year in test centres all over India.
Eligibility:
Student studying in final year of his graduation or those who are employed executives. Students with professional qualifications such as CA, CWA, M.S. (Finance), M.A. (Economics), M.S. (Accounting), M. Sc. (Stats) and MBA (Finance) are eligible to get waivers from some papers of the CFA course.
