I suggest you if you combined both the line then it will better for the connection. I have a Pentium 3 machine. And using the firewall setting for the connection. For that you need a network interface card(NIC), it uses for the better speed performance between the IP addresses. The NIC card will implement the expected LAN outgoing connection. You should create some Multiple Virtual Ethernet Interfaces

The network or the bandwidth aggregation will basically used two internet service, one is DSL and other one is CABLE, for utilizing the full length of the bandwidth at the same time. Keep in mind that few hardware’s are support two WAN connection, it is a very simple technique t configure both the computer. It will be better if you will use Windows server 2003 to manage the connection

I am just aware about any software setup to manage this type of multiple network connection. For made u this type of connection you need to add three LAN card slot into your computer and one slot in the PCI and two in the board. Keep in mind that the dual WAN connection and the higher are common for the commercial purpose, if using in this.

Here is a requirement for the multiple internet connection.
1.For sharing the bandwidth, allow the NAT client.
2.Install the Free BSD 4.x operating system
3.IP NETWORK for network address and port translation.
4. Minimize disruption to NAT clients if the connection is not available.
5.Use the single Ethernet port.
