EDID file not working on Acer X1261
By the using of option-driven interface I Create a 128-byte structure. It is existing EDID structure. This structure is for viewing 12 byte real time updates. EDID characteristics are changed in the interface. With the Acer Beamer I need some kind soul information about the raw files. I may corrupt the file, now not able to use the 3D function. I tried it with some other resolution, but not getting any result . Any idea about this?
Re: EDID file not working on Acer X1261
My projector was working good for the last few days. But from today it is dead. Not sure that whether my projector is working fine or not. When the projector is connected the computer will not boot. I used HDMI pushbutton for switching between the monitor and the projector. The EDID is creating problem. What should I do?
Re: EDID file not working on Acer X1261
Window used to store the EDID file in the monitor. And able to use this file to update the monitor. Go to Tools then Extract Registry EDID, it open a display parameter window. After that check the EDID under the Basic Display Parameter. Regarding your issue, you have to load the EDID information into your monitor, for that export the raw file from EDID file. The registry might be slow with two (Analog and Digital) EDID file.
Re: EDID file not working on Acer X1261
Connect your monitor with the VGA suite and store the EDID information(which is usually stored in the monitor by windows) into the monitor(if it stores in any where else), with the digital EDID information from the registry. Use the Phoenix Designer for switching the video input information from Analog to Digital.
Re: EDID file not working on Acer X1261
Few days ago I had an same problem, but now it is resolved by some codes. I would suggest you to use this code for fixing your problem. Before that create a “temp.dat” text file and add the EDID bytes into it.
Code:
EDID BYTES:
0x 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 0A 0B 0C 0D 0E 0F
------------------------------------------------
00 | 00 FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 04 72 99 AD 00 00 00 00
10 | 0B 11 01 03 80 34 20 78 2E C9 05 A3 57 4B 9C 25
20 | 12 50 54 BF EF 80 D1 00 B3 00 A9 40 81 C0 81 80
30 | 81 40 71 4F 01 01 28 3C 80 A0 70 B0 23 40 30 20
40 | 36 00 06 44 21 00 00 1E 00 00 00 FD 00 38 4B 1F
50 | 51 11 00 0A 20 20 20 20 20 20 00 00 00 FC 00 58
60 | 32 34 31 57 0A 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 00 00 00 FF
70 | 00 4C 39 39 30 42 30 32 39 33 39 31 33 20 00 FF
After that use Phoenix for open the temp.dat file.
