How to create more than one user to synchronize MS outlook?
I want your knowledge for Microsoft outlook. I am using ms outlook regularly for checking my Electronic mails, it is a most important work for me to do check my electronic mail. I want your help regarding a query, Is it possible to create more than one user to synchronize MS Outlook and how can i access it? If you having any information on this please let me know.

I have gone through your question from that I come to know that, if you want to create profile in outlook, then it is not possible you don’t have right to make profile in outlook. Mail is a control panel in outlook that creates profile. You can create new profiles in mail control panel, and on starting off your outlook you can choose profile by check the box.

I have search regarding your question, if you want to create more than one user and want to access. There is a manner of steps through which you can share information. You have to go file menu, from that menu you have to choose “Outlook Data File” then it will show an additional personal folder, open it then it will show the opened data file from the folder.

As per your question, you want more than on user to synchronize Microsoft outlook, there is a way, is that when you create a profile later than, you are able to configure your electronic mails account setting. When you use your current profile to start outlook, and if you want to synchronize in between, a message pop up asking for the profile that you want to use.
