I am using the china E71 which is a dual SIM phone, it is the china phone with great and advance functionality,2 SIM can be used in phone, both are gsm sim. Its SIM1 is working properly. and SIM2 giving the error message "Invalid SIM" when we insert the SIM in SIM2 Holder. what can be the issue related with and what is the solution for such problem. please suggest me the proper solution which can solve the problem.
china mobile are now much in market now but this phones does not have the registered IMEI number which make it difficult to trace for the security issue because of which people do not prefer china phones also they are not easy to get repaired in the market. China phones do have certain problems regarding the SIM as they provide the dual sim phones .
invalid sim problem in china phones is mainly related with the damage done to the sim ,the sim may be corrupted because of some physical problem done, the other problem with invalid sim can be from the company providing the n/w. the problem can be solved by contacting the service provider which will provide you with the new sim by charging you with some money.
There is a hardware problem with the mobile phone electronic board ,to fix it take it to a professional mobile phone repair technician and get it fixed. It is not the sim problem probably the problem is with the sim card slot in which the sim is not inserted properly, this can be sorted by self only..for further technician support can be taken.
