Migrating from Server 2003 R2 to Server 2008 R2, issues with logon script and network when old DC is powered down
I will upgrade to windows 2003 server to Windows Server 2008 R2, which batch files in the logon script in AD user profile no longer work, it worked perfectly on server 2003. Also the issue with logon script and network when old Domain Controller is powered down. I think there is something I missed with migration ? Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

For the record, Windows 2003, so that load balancing network and user sessions are not created multiple times, there was a need for the Session Directory and associate with the Network Load Balancing (NLB). Based on this observation, I configured my servers as I did in 2008 in 2003: Session Broker (instead of Session Directory) + NLB network. It is from this point that appeared multiple applications of identifications. So the issue happened.

Make checks use the following:
* Your server is connected to the field
* You can contact the license server (ping, traceroute...)
* The service Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is started
* Service License Logging Service is started
If all these checks are validated, there is no a priori reason to the presence of this error. Yet she continues to appear. Rather than searching for an abstract cause, try to restart the License Logging Service.

You need to an operations master roles (also known roles of floating single master operations or FSMO) are transferred from the source server to destination server. The operations master roles in AD DS are tasks of specialized domain controller, which are used when standard methods of updating and transfer of data is inappropriate. When the destination server becomes a domain controller, it must hold the operations master roles.

Already puts require () instead of include (). It will grow more quickly rather than continuing to run the script with missing components. This returns you to the directory of your script:
Code:
dirname(__FILENAME__); / / or simply __DIR__ f
So you can put it in a variable and use this variable to construct the path of the file you want to include.

To monitor the activity of the script the best solution is to produce a log file (echo ...>> fichier.log Dos and writing text files in vbs). To debug in real time simply insert a pause control (pause and Dos inputbox (") in vbs). The GPO created must be applied (groupdate) on the organizational unit that owns the target user. The user script in question (. Bat. Cmd or. Vbs) must be placed in the NETLOGON shared folder on the domain controller Active Directory.
