How to install Google Chrome in RHEL 5?
I am using the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and wanted to install the Google Chrome into the same. I have downloaded the Google Chrome from the Internet but while installing the same into the RHEL 5 i am getting some error.

Missing Dependency: lsb >= 3.2 is needed by package google-chrome-beta-5.0.307.9-39052.i386 (/google-chrome-beta_current_i386)
Missing Dependency: xdg-utils is needed by package google-chrome-beta-5.0.307.9-39052.i386 (/google-chrome-beta_current_i386)
If any one is having knowledge regarding the same then please let me know about the same.

As you are getting the error message while installing the Google Chrome into the Linux system then i think that you should have to update your version of "rpmforge" which might be causing the error message with the browser installation. So Update your version of rpmforge and see whether it is working or not.

I am having same problem with the installation of the Google Chrome in the Linux operating system. I have search for the same a lot and finally got the solution with the update of the rpm file. I think you have to download the rpm update and then work with the same. Check out the attachment for update file which i have used.

If you are still unable to get the Google Chrome installation in the Red Hat Enterprise 5 which is not working fine and having issue in installation then it is better to contact the Google regarding the same. As they are the developer and having the knowledge regarding the installation of the same. So contact the same and work with it.
