Bitlocker repair tool is not accessible in Windows 7!!

I have my external USB hard drive with Windows Bitlocker encrypted 7th So far everything has worked out well and I was able to use the plate as well. Now I wanted to decipher this record again and I started the related process. Because it takes time, I stopped when bedtime decrypting - the official pause button. Now, the plate is not mounted. If I remove the USB port, it appears very briefly in the Explorer as encrypted on disk.
