I think that it would be better if you ask someone who is residing in your area, for the best isp. I live in malad area and I have a Hathway broadband plan, for which I am paying Rs. 678 including all the taxes for a 512 kbps unlimited plan. With this connection, I hardly get a downtime for 1-2 days because of their scheduled maintenance.
