Connectivity problem toshiba L500 D6310
Hello Friends,
I am having the Toshiba Satellite L500-D6310 notebook laptop with Windows Vista operating system. With this laptop I am having some issues with internet connection. My laptop shows that internet connection is working, but I am not able to browse the internet. I have tried many things but nothing was helpful. I wonder if you are able to help me to sort out this internet connection issue. I am waiting for your reply.

Please try following steps:
- First you need to reset your IE.
- Then nest steps is to goto Safe Mode with Networking.
- Then use Mozilla Firefox for the meantime to isolate the issue.
- After this you will need to change DNS settings and set following values: Alternate DNS: 208.67.220.220 and Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222.

I think your toshiba L500 D6310 laptops might have some hardware problems, that doesn't allow it to browse the internet. If you wan to avoid this type of avoid issue, I suggest you to contact to the service center of your toshiba L500 D6310. From there you will definitely get the solution to your internet issue causes due to hardware problem.

It seems that your operating system comprises some problem. Because of this problem it shows internet as connected but doesn't allow to browse it. Have you tried the reinstallation of your windows vista operating system?, if not then please try out it first and let me know your result. As this may resolve your internet connection problem.

For your kind information there are many factors that may cause the problem for internet connection. I suggest you to try the re-installation of wireless lan driver. You also need to try with new internet browser rather than Internet Explorer. I also had the same issue but my problem got solved by re-installation of this wireless lan driver. I think you also need to do the same thing.
