My current operating system is window 7 and I am facing this problem that is “The remote device or the resource is not accepting the connection” whenever I am trying to open the site. I have try to search for the solution using window 7 diagnostic wizard but did not worked. I have no idea what is the problem but need the solution. I will be waiting for the related replies.

You can try to follow these steps.
1. Start the internet explorer on your computer system and open the web page which is displaying the error message.
2. After that click on the “Connection Problems”
3. The Network Diagnostics tool will start. When the tool has complete running, it will report one of the following results:
o It was unable to find a problem.
o It has detected a problem. Additionally, the tool will provide guidance about the next steps to take to troubleshoot the problem.
4. After that click on the IP Address
5. Then you have just follow the steps in the Network Diagnostics tool for fixing any connection problems
6. At last you have to start Internet Explorer and the problem will be solved.

I will suggest you the following steps:
1. Detach the cable which connects the computer system to the modem.
2. Do not forget to turn off the modem or the router.
3. Reboot your computer system.
4. After your computer has rebooted, start the modem or the router, connect the cable from the computer system to the modem or the router, and then again restart the computer.
5. Check that all network cables are connected properly.
This will definitely solve your problem.

If you are using Internet explorer 7 then these steps may help you to solve the problem.
1. First of all start the Internet Explorer.
2. Then go to the Tools menu, Delete Browsing History.
3. Select the following option Temporary Internet Files, History, Form data, Cookies.
4. After that click on Delete.

2. Now in the ipconfig and press the Enter key
3. Then check whether the automatic ip address is given or not

Hi.
I encountered the exact same problem with IE8 on a Windows 7 operating install. I checked the network connections, NIC, etc. It is not the connection or the cookies, etc. I think that the problem has something to do with the managed add-ons that get installed by default with IE8 when a Windows 7 operating system checks for and installs security updates. Here is a simple 10 second fix.
1) Launch IE8.
2) Go into Tools
3) Internet Options
4) Advanced
5) Select, "Restore Advanced Settings" option.
6) Select "Reset" radio button under the Reset Internet Explorer Settings option.
7) Select apply, close and restart IE8. These simple steps restores IE back to its default settings. But of course, make sure you have a working network connection.
