How to get rid of this Win32.Actem virus?

I am getting some unusual screen on my desktop which indicates the mouse positioning. When I scanned my computer system avg antivirus software detected Win32.Actem on my computer system. I am trying to delete this but I am unable to do so. Hence I need the solution for removing this Win32.Actem virus from my computer system

Win32.Actem which is detected on your computer system is not a virus it is worm which consumes the memory space on your computer system. Normally this worm spreads through the use of internet or to be more precise it spreads through infected email attachments. This Win32.Actem worm first steals the email address from the address book of the Microsoft outlook and then sends infected email to other computer system. If your current antivirus software is not able delete this Win32.Actem worm from your computer system then change your antivirus software.
