I am living in the Tamilnadu. Due to some problem regarding my Reliance Gsm mobile phone I want to call Customer care of reliance. But I unable to connect it. I tried various way, but nothing happened. I don't know why I unable to connect customer care of Reliance Mobile. Anyone else having the same problem. Please help me.
From your information it seems that you have use wrong number of customer care and that's why you are getting such type of problem. The correct number is as follows.
Reliance – Rest of Tamil Nadu 3033-3333
Reliance – Chennai 3033-3333
It is toll free number. Just try it.
You have to use following number to connect customer care of Reliance Mobile. These are toll free numbers.
If you are Reliance GSM postpaid user then you have to call customer care number : * 222
If you are Reliance GSM prepaid user then you have to call customer care number : *333
Try to call customer care number by using your phone. If you will not bale to connect to customer care of Reliance Mobile then you have to send them e-mail regarding your issue. It may happened that there me some problem in there customer care number. To send email go to following link:

Hey due to some reason customer care of Reliance Mobile has been changed and the new number is like 044-60006633. This is correct number.
Just call on this number asked and get solution about your problem.
