Problem with itunes and quicktime
Hello,
I just bought my first mac. I made a handling error and I removed quicktime X. So I wanted to put quicktime but it does not work. They tell me I can not save to disk MacIntosh. Since QuickTime is erased itunes refuses to walk and not boot. There was an error message that appears. Can you help me please Thank you.

Thanks for response.
I have a tiger os, and itunes and quicktime versions are latest one. I downloaded quicktime and I started the installation but nothing worked
Re: Problem with itunes and quicktime
If you know quicktime around you who is on mac is on the same version of your OS X, you can copy the quicktime and the paste in your applications folder.
Otherwise, you need the installation CD of snow leopard and you try to re-install the package if possible.
Re: Problem with itunes and quicktime
What you downloaded is Quicktime 7.
But MAC OS X comes with a special version: Quicktime X
As Tillie said, is through the CD install of the OS that you could reinstall Quicktime X.
