HP Officejet 7310 Error : Print cartridge alignment failed
Hi,
I am having problems with my new ink cartridges on HP Officejet 7310 . I installed and then went through the process of adaptation and test page printed. The error message appears in the window that "Print cartridge alignment failed." I tried changing the cartridges, connect and disconnect the printer, etc. but issue not resolved. How should I remove Error : Print cartridge alignment failed ??

Try Replacement of cartridges
- Carefully open the lid of the ink cartridges.
- Remove the ink cartridge that needs replacing, taking his thumb and forefinger and pull toward you.
- Remove the new cartridge from its packaging.
- Holding the cartridge at the groove with a color code, paste it into this slot. Firmly hold the cartridge, setting it in place.
- Close the print cartridges.

If you use a computer on the platform of Windows, make sure that the network ports listed in device driver, consistent with its IP-address:
Print a network device configuration.
- On the Windows desktop, click Start, select Settings, then Printers or Printers and Faxes.-Or-Click Start, and then point to Control Panel, and Printers.
- Click the right mouse button on the device icon, select Properties, then click the Ports tab.? Select TCP / IP port for the device, and then click Configure Port.
- Compare the IP-address specified in the dialog box with the IP-address, which is listed on the page, network configuration, and verify their compliance. If the IP-addresses are different, change the IP-address in the dialog box on the page shown in the network configuration.
- Double-click OK, to save your changes and close the dialog boxes

If you are on the network then try resetting the network device. You can do this by, press and hold the Power button, then click the Network (on some models may need to press the button Wireless) twice, then click Cancel three times and release the Power button. Click the Network button, and printing options for network configuration, make sure that the network settings are reset. Default SSID (network name) - "hpsetup", mode of communication - "ad hoc".

To configure the alignment of the ink cartridges :
- Open the software Director of one of the following methods:
- From your desktop, double click on the icon of HP all-in-one.
- Click Start, Programs, then click the folder of HP all-in-one. Click HP Director.
- In Director, click Settings, then choose Maintenance.
- Click Align the print cartridges. A window containing information on aligning the print cartridges opens.
- Click Align. The unit begins the process of alignment and the display said that printing the alignment page will be launched.
- Check the alignment page when finished.
- Click OK to close the window alignment if all the tasks of alignment are checked green.

Verify that the cartridge is not empty, including tanks of three different colors of the tricolor cartridge. If this is a new cartridge, make sure you have removed the protective strip of blue ink nozzles. Do not remove the copper flexible circuit with electrical contact points. If no band is present, try to reinsert the original cartridge and perform the alignment process before retesting the new cartridge.
