You require to add zone.msn.com to trusted websites first and check for the issue by following steps:
# Click Tools and Internet Options on IE 8.
# Click the Security tab, trusted sites and click the Sites button
# Uncheck the box under the website list indicating "Require server verification ..."
# you need to type zone.msn.com in the box and click Add
# Click Close and click on the Privacy tab and the Settings button under Pop-up Blocker
# Add zone.msn.com to the list.
Check it out and reply.

I am also facing the same issue last year on my windows Vista PC. I am updated my Flash player and Java, and restart the system. It was worked. You need to download the updates from these sites:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP
http://www.java.com/en/

Best of luck.:ohyeah:

You can also check Clear cached data in Internet Explorer for this issue. You need to do the following process:
# Open Internet Explorer 8.
# Click Safety, and then click Delete Browsing History.
# In Delete Browsing History area, click Delete and restart the browser.
Check and reply.

The reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also resolve your issue. You need to Reset security settings or privacy settings that you supplementary to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We advise that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature. Thanks and regards.

If you are using the latest flash active X, then i will tell you it is not compatible with 64bit operating system. You can also do one think with Internet explorer add-ons, such as ActiveX controls and browser toolbars, are used by some Web sites to provide an improved browsing experience. An error may occur if an add-on is offended or if an add-on conflicts with Internet Explorer. To conclude whether the error is caused by an add-on, run Internet Explorer in "No Add-Ons" mode. Best of luck.
