Does IconoMaker work in Windows 7 or not

IconoMaker is a software that helps to edit the default icons that are in the operating system. I am using Windows Vista operating system and I am going to upgrade it to Windows 7. So, I need to know that does IconoMaker work in Windows 7 or not? If not, is it possible to use some software or technique to make it run in Windows 7?
