Re: Need help to remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-Koobface
Trojan horses are designed to allow a hacker remote access to a target computer system. Once a Trojan horse is installed on a target computer system, it is possible for a hacker to access it remotely and perform the operations. The operations that a hacker can perform are limited by the user's privileges on the target computer system and design of the Trojan horse itself. So you Trojan Remover, it automatically remove malware (trojans, worms, adware, spyware, etc.) from a PC .
Re: Need help to remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-Koobface
Trojans such as Trojan.Agent/Gen-Koobface often modify the startup files of your computer, add or change lines in the system registry and even overwrite system files to ensure that it runs every time you boot. For that reason, the removal by hand takes time, patience and an understanding. There is a danger, including destroy the registration of programs or lose the ability to run programs so that is definitely not for everyone - even those who know exactly what they're doing is better used automated tools to remove a Trojan.

The first thing to do is update the security software and then run a full system scan. If that fails, download both programs antispyware, Malwarebytes and Super Antispyware. Update programs and run a full scan. This should solve your problem. Another thing that you can do is go to the Eset website and run a free scan. Eset makes a great anti-virus program! The free scan will also delete anything it finds.

You may be familiar with the task list that appears if you press CTRL + ALT + DELETE in Windows. For reasons best known to them Microsoft was hiding a large number of visioning processes in the task list, possibly to avoid confusing novice users. So find the files that are infected with the virus and delete them manually.
Re: Need help to remove Trojan.Agent/Gen-Koobface
You just update your antivirus and then scan again for the viruses. If you find nothing, but still not sure removing Trojan, use the startup programs editor in the tools menu to disable the process and restart your machine (a backup of your file system first!) . Finally, you will have only those processes that actually need to run on your machine and will benefit not only to destroy any Trojans, but also make your PC seem more responsive and generally quicker to implement.
