Re: GFI MailArchiver for Mail Archiving
GFI MailArchiver for Exchange simplifies and automates the archiving of e-business, providing a centralized solution for all internal and external mail. Messages are stored in a SQL database (or several), which provides many benefits to both administrators and users. Unlike other solutions GFI MailArchiver for Exchange is fully flexible: it integrates with Exchange and does not affect its operation. Also this software is flexible and does not necessarily require a SQL database: Messages may be stored on a hard drive to NTFS.

The best part of the software is Integration with Outlook (new version 6), Migrating PST Files - The administrator can copy the e-mails stored on the client in PST format in a centralized location. This allows you to archive all old messages and limit the use of PST files. Auditing - GFI MailArchiver can monitor the activity of each user, and display the audit information using reports.
