Help Please !!! I am using the Compaq Presario cq60 laptop. My laptop is full of data. There are some of my personal pictures and videos. I have never taken any backup from my laptop. Now I want to reset its factory settings. How should i do that, can anybody suggest me the proper way as i do not want to lose any of my data.
As you do not want to lose your important data. You can back up you files to some external hard drive. It is the best way to make your data safe.
