One of the main innovations in respect of both applications and technologies underlying operating system is the introduction of QuickTime X. QuickTime X is the next generation framework for the management of multimedia content, and Mac OS X Snow Leopard is revamped and rebuilt from the ground up, taking many cues from the development work undertaken to develop the multimedia framework already used for iPhone and iPod touch whose similarities are not limited only to the interface.
The new QuickTime X is included in QuickTime Player, whose graphic interface has been completely renovated, the playback controls are shown, overlaid on a small panel translucent, which disappears after a few seconds from the last action performed. The panel points out, in appearance, the one used for the playback controls on the iPhone and iPod touch. The new interface does not fail, however, explains what you need to know about the present and future of QuickTime as a technology and an API. but i think coming version will be without QuickTime Player.
The new player provides the users with some functionality that was previously possible to find in QuickTime 7 Pro in particular it is possible to perform some basic editing audio and video, mainly voted to cut unwanted parts at the beginning or end of movie. To reintroduce the features already found in earlier versions of QuickTime Pro, in future versions of the player probably to coincide with the launch of the next major release of the OS.
