If you want to increase the download speed then use Internet Download Manager for downloading files.

You cannot play increase your download or upload speed using any software, the thing that the download accelerators do is pull all the available bandwidth and then you experience slow web surfing... You need to upgrade your bandwidth plan from your ISP. ISP can do that for you... :thumbup1:
1. Go to Start-> Run-> and type gpedit.msc
2. Expand the Administrative Templates branch
3. Expand the Network tab
4. Highlight QoS Packet Scheduler
5. Click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth and check the enabled box
6. Then Change the Bandwidth limit % to 0 %
Then check your Upload speed at Scanmyspeed.com...
