how to connect samsung B2100 to your pc

hi there, how can I connect my samsung B2100 mobile to pc.
what I tried..?
1) i brought the data cable and connected to pc.:thumbup1:
2) installed samsung pc suite 1 as well as 7 :blink:
3) tried through the software....
but no use the mobile is not connecting...:crybaby:
BUT the mobile starts charging as soon as it is connected to the PC


Please guide me to connect the mobile to pc. I need to copy the things from mobile to pc as well as need to store songs on mobile

I installed New PC Studio, I have problem, I can't syncronize the notes between outlook and the phone.
Any idea?
