GeForce 7800 GS, is a model rather high-end AGP only. Side architecture the GeForce 7600 have 12 pixel pipelines, 5 vertex units, 8 ROPS. Faced with the GeForce 6600 GT, former reference, the GeForce 7600 is enriched including 4 extra pixel pipelines. In contrast, the memory interface is still too narrow since NVIDIA maintains a 128-bit bus.Simply the frequency of operation, the chip GT version showing a frequency 40% higher than the GS.
