Decent gaming PC???
Hi,
I am planning to buy a new computer. My budget for Motherboard and CPU is around 12-13K. I know that I may not get an extreme gaming PC, but I should be able to play decent graphics games on the PC.
I have shortlisted the following processors :
1. E7400 (Core 2 Duo)
2. E7500 (Core 2 Duo)
Both the processors are based on 45nm silicon technology.
I have shortlisted the following motherboards:
1. Intel original DG45ID (Intel Media series)
2. Intel original DG43NB (Intel Classic series)
Both the motherboards have onboard graphics support (IntelĀ® Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 on board graphics subsystem) supporting PCI 2.0 with memory ranging from 128 MB to 2 GB of system RAM.
Is it a good idea to rely on onboard graphics support or should I opt for external graphics card?
Regards
Kunal

Re: Decent gaming PC???
Intel Desktop Board DG45ID is better with Support for up to 8 GB ram and 8-channel (7.1) audio subsystem also some more good features also it having support for E7500 Core 2 Duo go for E7500 which has 2.93 GHz

Re: Decent gaming PC???
With Intel dont expect much better graphics support so better to go with Asus which having some nice and cheap graphics solution else get individual graphics card for DG45ID that can run all most all games
