Try building new user accounts. It's probable an issue with the SID or Try pointing the DNS server to the domain controller. If it didn't help Right Click on your local area network connection properties, and double click TCP/IP.Click AdvancedClick the WINS tab.On the NetBIOS settings, select Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.You should see an increase in log in speed.
The dns server must knows of your local pcs. You need to Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP In the NetBIOS settings to solve the problem of delay when logging in domain. Domain machine must point to the ms dns server.
The delay when logging in domain may be caused by problems attempting to get an IP address. You need to specify a DNS server on your workstation. Right click your network connection, properties, TCP/IP. Ensure you have a DC specified in your DNS settings and test again.
