How can I open Internet Options through command line
I surf internet a lot. Many a times I come across sites where I need to increase the IE security to protect from adwares and spywares. But the other times I need to decrease the security in order to continue surfing normal sites like Orkut, Facebook and all that. So my visit to Internet Options window is the most in a day. Every time taking a long route is big headache for me. Is there any shortcut for example some command line to open Internet Options window?
Re: How can I open Internet Options through command line
Its simple man. You can open Internet Options from your command prompt and all you need to enter is a simple one line code. Go to Start, Run and type "cmd". Command prompt window should open up. Now type "inetcpl.cpl" and press Enter. This should open "Internet Options" windows no matter what version of Internet Explorer you are using.
Re: How can I open Internet Options through command line
Thanks kattman for the help but the problem is that your tip needs me to open command prompt every time in order to open Internet Options. This is similar to opening Internet Options via Control Panel. The number of steps involved in both the method is almost equal. Is there any even shorter way?

Never mind AmdUser, you can even use "inetcpl.cpl" command directly on the Run dialog box. It will open up directly. All you need to do is press [Windows] + R button to open Run dialog box and then type "inetcpl.cpl" command. This will open your Internet Options.
