I think you are talking about G series Plasma in that series there is no such model called 12G so if anyone is giving something like that maybe the faulty or may be fooling you so be careful.... If he is giving you the company guarantee then it is ok because it may be differ with the model no according to area...! I hope you won't get fool out there...!

I will suggest you to look at the Z series because as per Panasonic & my view it is the best for your Theater Room... As it is specially designed mainly for the theater....!
