My friend is facing an issue with this Nokia 6030 mobile phone which he has recently got from his office. Everything is working fine till now expect he is facing a small issue when he play any videos or music on his mobile is don't know how to mute it. Does anyone knows hows where is the mute feature available on Nokia 6030 cell phone.
In this case i would suggest you to check your manual which has came with your mobile phone or whenever you receive any call goto option in that you will find mute option select it and your mute option will get activated and for deactivation select unmute option for that i guess your problem is being solve or are your asking me something else a what because mute feature is being used in many option.
If you need to mute the sound of the video or music which you are hearing then in that case you need to decrease your volume and bring it to zero this is one of the best option available for you. I don't have much idea about your phone but in my phone i am having a mute option where it goes to directly mute i guess you will be also having this feature check it out or else you can call support desk for the same.
