Connection to the server was interrupted microsoft office
I'm running Windows Xp as my operating system. I had installed Microsoft Outlook on my system. The problem is that when i try to use my Outlook in order to send any mails to my friends, i'm unable to send it. As well as i'm not able to receive any mails from them. Whenever i try to send any email it gives out any error message stating that the connection to the server was interrupted Microsoft office. Can any body tell me that why i'm having such problem on my pc? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.
Re: Connection to the server was interrupted microsoft office
This is often caused by anti-virus software. in order to get rid of the above issue, you need to turn off your antivirus program and check out whether you still face the above issue.
Re: Connection to the server was interrupted microsoft office
For that you need to do the following two things on yoyr pc.
1) Try to closed your Outlook and then delete the send/receive settings file. Check out the following code %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\yourprofile.srs on your system.
2) Then try to create a new mail profile.
Hope so it may help you to resolve your issue.:thumbup1:
Re: Connection to the server was interrupted microsoft office
The most common causes of these error messages are problems with Internet connectivity and account settings configured incorrectly in Outlook or Outlook Express. First, verify that you are connected to the Internet. To verify that you can connect to the Internet and that your mail server was not temporarily unavailable, follow these steps:
1. Start an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer.
2. Type one of the following addresses in the address bar.
3. Send yourself a test e-mail to verify that you can send and receive e-mail messages without receiving an error message.
4. If your test was successful, you are finished. If you still receive an error message, then you can check out the following link. Hope so it may help you out.:thumbup1:
