I have two different computers at different locations. I am using TightVNC to connect to the other computer, but something is wrong and it won't connect. I have a Linksys EZXS16W switch, Will that matter? Help! Any ways i can VNC through Linksys EZXS16W switch?
What internet do you use, mention both the internet connection's method. What devices you use etc. This may be helpful in determining the problem. Also mention which operating system on the computers you trying to connect. :rolleyes:

Did you port forward? You will need to port forward on both the routers for incoming ports and outgoing ports to the ip address [local area] that is assigned to the computer by router. The switch won't matter, but just reset it to default factory settings. :thumbup1:
