How to send/create a virus/worm/trojan?

Hi.

I want to send a virus to my enemy.
It's not important if it's a trojan or worm or etc. I just want to **** his PC or at least let him got problems with it.

So. Can someone give me a vrius so I can send it?
Or a tutorial to make a virus?

Please do not post things like this again. You can wonder your PC infected as well, because to send a Virus to another pc you need to take it first in your computer too.
